ITK currently supports two ITK Transform file formats. The first is an ASCII format and the second format is a binary format that is compatiable with matlab. Both file formats provide the "Fixed Parameters" and "Parameters". These two pieces of information completely define the transforms in ITK.

Subject: [Insight-developers] questions about transform of image in ITK
I am writing some test scripts. Could anyone provide a link to the
documentation concerning all the transforms (options and file format &)
in ITK?
Thanks.
Xiaochuan
