[Insight-developers] Ugly Dashboard

Folks,

The dashboard has not looked this bad for years. There are so many
errors, warnings and failing tests, how can developers know of they
are causing new problems. The new processes we have in place are no
substitute for diligent dashboard reviews.

In the past, at each t-con, we FIRST reviewed the dashboard to
identify issues. I think we start doing this.

So far, we have only had a trickle of checkins. We will have anarchy
once more folks start checking in code.
