Greetings all,

After a lot of good feedback from everyone, I believe the survey is 
ready to go.  The link again is:

Please send the survey out to anyone and everyone that you think may be 
interested in using the simplified layer of ITK.  If you are part of one 
of the identified groups on the wiki 
(http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK_Release_4/SimpleITK/Survey_1#Target_Audience) 
or are in contact with a member of that group, please go ahead and start 
distributing the survey via the appropriate channels.
