[Insight-developers] Removing Examples of OrientedImage : Insight/Examples/Registration/*o.cxx

We are still carrying the versions of the registration examples
that were cloned when the itk::OrientedImage was being tested.

These examples were recently modified in order to remove
traces of the OrientedImage itself, so now they are even more,
simple copies (and sometimes outdated copies) of the original
examples.

Does anyone have an objection to the removal of these files ?
