My bad. I usually copy/paste portion of the dicom standard from pdf
into c++ comments. Sometimes I get those funky utf-8 character.
I'll try to find a way in vim to actually see them in the future.

Mark already answered in an other email, that he already remove that
particular character. this will be fixed soon.
