[Insight-developers] Commit message prefixes

Folks,

I know this has been discussed before, but I find it annoying that
some of us no longer use commit message prefixes. For me, commit
prefixes help me scan the nightly updates. Sure, they take up 5
characters.

I doubt if I can win the argument to make a prefix mandatory, but if
you agree, please keep adding them.

Look here and see if they help you scan the log of changes. It helps
scan over the merge and nightly time stamps. In fact I wish the
nightly time stamps has a prefix.
