[Insight-developers] Parallel builds with CMake?

Hi Michal,

So you were actually referring to the build, not the CMake
configuration/generation.

I do not use g++/make, so I cannot explain why parallel build does not
work, or whether you can expect so. Perhaps someone else on the list
can comment?
