[Insight-developers] Modified .cmake file for preventing in-source builds

Hi Kent,

Please find attached an improved version
of the file that prevents in-source builds.

The STATUS modifier was removed, because
it prevents the messages from showing up
in ccmake.

A clearer description of how to clean up
the source tree was added.

The general caveat is that the instructions
are for Unix-like systems only.
