I just tried the new script:
ITKPersonal(master)] Utilities/SetupGitHooks.sh
Pulling the hooks...
fatal: Couldn't find remote ref remotes/origin/hooks
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
Setting up the uncrustify hook...
Setting up the KWStyle hook...
Done.
