Not obvious for sure.
git bisect may help a bit here. This is the first time I use it  
though, and I'm not sure it works properly with submodules for example.
Here is the result

bisect run success

After some investigations, it seems that ITK's repository doesn't  
point to the right commit in ITKData - I don't know why.
Updating Testing/Data fix the problem

   [glehmann at marvin ITK]$ cd Testing/Data/
   [glehmann at marvin Data]$ git co master
   Previous HEAD position was a159c8d... Files needed for  
itkPNGRGBAImageIOTest
   Switched to branch 'master'
   [glehmann at marvin Data]$ cd -
   /home/glehmann/src/ITK

So I guess that a commit which points to the right commit in ITKData  
should fix the problem.
