[Insight-developers] itk::Index, itk::Offset, ... as subclass of itk::FixedArray?

I've updated the change on gerrit to preserve the backward
compatibility for the input values. I hope it will be ok for wrapping
- I still have to test.
Still no luck with the return values. C++ does not allow to overload a
method if only the return type is different, so I don't see how it can
be better.
I think this is acceptable though. Only 4 lines had to be changed in
our tests and examples because of this change for example.
