[Insight-developers] Lack of coverage builds

Alex,

Xiaoxiao's builds are for part of the modularization
prototype. Therefore the numerical difference
(and scope) is indeed expected to be different.

The official coverage numbers are the ones
produced by eldorado.kitware.
