[Insight-developers] Lack of coverage builds

Thanks for pointing this out.

The code coverage build has now been restored:
http://www.cdash.org/CDash/index.php?project=Insight#Coverage

It turned out that the CTest script
required the following line:

     set(CTEST_COVERAGE_COMMAND "/usr/bin/gcov-4.4")


in addition to the line:

     set(dashboard_do_coverage true)



Thanks to Bill Hoffman and Marcus for tracking this down.
