[Insight-developers] Migration Guide Workflow Slides

Greetings All,

In preparation for the upcoming meeting, I've put together some slides 
for the section on the proposed Migration Guide and the associated 
workflow.  The slides are meant to be a reference as well as a tool for 
the meeting, so if anyone is interested in looking at them ahead of 
time, they are now posted on the agenda page 
(http://www.itk.org/Wiki/Fall_ITKv4_2010_Meeting#Meeting_Agenda).  In 
order to leave time for discussion we probably won't cover each slide in 
depth at the meeting.
