[Insight-developers] gdcmv2/mingw woes

I have built gdcmv2 with mingw. I have an Insight build that points to
the gdcmv2 mingw build. When I run an example I get the following
error:
"This application has failed to start because libgdcmCommon.dll was not found."

The insight and gdcmv2 builds are both built with shared libraries. I
have also tried building gdcmv2 with static libraries. I still get the
same runtime error.

Has anyone successfully built gdcmv2 with mingw and used it with a
mingw itk build?
