[Insight-developers] ImageRegistration20Test is too slow

Hi Brad,
I would vote for only running this test in
systems that are configured for "Release".
In its current form, is a realistic case of
what is probably the most common use
of image registration in ITK ( a 3D Affine).
I'll take a look at adding an IF/ENDIF in
the CMakeLists.txt file.
