Hi Hans,

It will be nice to get the Dashboard straight
before we start pushing the changes to the
public Git version.

So far, only the machines for Hopperlab have
moved to adopt the new CTest script.

I just reorganized the groups in the Dashboard
http://public.kitware.com/dashboard.php?name=itk

to have the "ITKv4 Nightly" group on top.

There are a lot of nightly builds that still need to
be modified to use the new script and to build
from Git.
