[Insight-developers] ITK CVS ->Git

I think we used Insight because we didn't want to use acronyms in
Insight.   Hence the long filenames.

We've occasionally made exceptions (e.g., FEM).

I think using ITK would be a good exception :)   That is, it has my vote.
