Hi Kent,

Visual Studio 6.0 is still broken:

Could you please look at it ?


or...

We could back up these commits and rather
make them in the ITKv4 Git repository
(once it is online), where you won't have to
maintain the Visual Studio 6.0 and 7.0
compilers....
