[Insight-developers] Handling Floating Point Exceptions -- Implementation Questions

I was thinking more 'augment KWSYS' than 'change KWSYS' -- KWSys, to my
mind, is where the hairy piles of platform ifdefs belong. I suppose there's
some precendent for incorporating stuff like this directly into ITK, so if
that's where people think it should go, so be it.
