In fact, yes.  Between those days we updated that machine from Xcode
3.2.2 to 3.2.3, which updated the compiler from:

llvm-gcc 4.2.1 (Apple Inc. build 5646) (LLVM build 2207.5)

to

llvm-gcc 4.2.1 (Apple Inc. build 5658) (LLVM build 2326.10)

I always note such changes in the comments at the top of the notes, compare:

Though that can be easy to miss.  Is there a procedure there too? 
Perhaps I should send an email whenever some significant config change
is made to a dashboard?

What's the correct way for me to request that?  I usually fire an email
to someone and it usually gets done, but I may not have for these
builds, or the receiver may not have acted up it.
