[Insight-developers] Compare text (vtk) files

Hi Dan,

I have couple of questions for you, depending on your needs we can write 
something really quick:

    * Do the meshes you want to compare share the same connectivity? (I
      guess yes)
    * Do you want to allow point to have different ids?

Note that in the worst case scenario, we could use MESH or METRO to 
compare both meshes.
