[Insight-developers] Hooperlab builds and CMake 2.9

Kevin,

I've tracked the failing test itkObjectFactoryTest2 to a cmake2.9
issue. Can you use cmake 2.8 for these builds? I'd rather not have so
many failing tests in the nightly expected dashboard. These recurring
failures can mask new failures.

If you need to use cmake2.9, then we can move these builds to Nightly
instead of Nightly Expected.

Hopefully, the cmake folks will resolve this problem.
