[Insight-developers] last commit of Sourceforge Teem-NrrdIO to ITK: formatVTK.c (+randMT.c)

I have just committed formatVTK.c, along with randMT.c, on which the
former seems to depend, and committed changes to NrrdIO.h. Please let
me know if you run into any problems.

This should conclude the merging of the Sourceforge NrrdIO repository.
