Hi Satish,

ITK supports JPEG2000 compression when reading DICOM.

I'm not sure about XA, but an easy test will be to run the
examples:

   ITK/Examples/IO/DicomImageReadWrite.cxx
   ITK/Examples/IO/DicomSeriesReadImageWrite2.cxx

You could try this both with the version ITK 3.20,
or with the version ITKv4 Alpha-03.
