I'm working on these...

In the meantime:

Here is the patch for the 5 errors in MetaArrow
http://review.source.kitware.com/#change,616

I have also an "almost" ready patch for the 10 errors in
SimplexMeshAdaptor (that required quite a rewrite of the code).
