[Insight-developers] Cutting a 3.20.1 release?

Hello,

There have been a number of significant bug fixes in the release branch. One of them to a bug I feel especially guilty about which I introduced in v3.20. It would be great if we could get a new sub-minor release so that  people have a clear location to get the latest bug fixes on v3.20. As this is still going to be the latest official release for at least another 6-months it should be well worth the effort of packaging things up.
