[Insight-developers] Dashboard cleanup Label maps on windows

Hello,

The dashboad looks like is is going to clean up rather well tonight if everything goes well. 

However there is on area of concern. There appears to be several LabelMaps test failing on all of the visual studio systems that we have:

Looking at the test images here:

There is likely a real issue here.

Can this be resolved before the next alpha tag, so that we have a clean tag for new work?
