[Insight-developers] gzip and metaIO

I just checked in a change to MetaIO which has now propogated to ITK master.
It makes the code in MetaImage that calls MET_UncompressStream check for
errors, and return false if that call fails.

This will get itkMetaImageIOGzTest out of its endless loop spewing error
messages.

It doesn't explain why that test was failing in the first place.

On my machine (os x 10.6, g++-4.2) I have no test failures at all!
