[Insight-developers] Gerrit Access Problems

Folks,

When I issue:
git fetch http://review.source.kitware.com/p/ITK refs/changes/20/520/3
&& git checkout FETCH_HEAD

I get this error:

error: RPC failed; result=22, HTTP code = 503
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

Are there gerrit access problems?
