Our 'RogueResearch3' dashboard is a G5 (and therefore big endian).  The
JPEG 2000 tests are failing there too.  Also, GDCM is known to have some
endianness bugs, which can be seen by the larger number of failing tests
on the GDCM dashboard on ppc machines.
