[Insight-developers] openjpg include dir not exported

I think I know what Gaetan means and I think I have a patch for that
here on the Mantis tracker:

In case you are willing to integrate it, there are two options

a) I try to bring it through the whole new developer pipeline
b) You just take the old patch and try to use it

Probably you prefer a) - so I would pull ITK (+hooks), create a topic
branch, commit locally and push to Gerrit. Something like that, right?
Probably I need to read the workflow pages again.
