[Insight-developers] Using gerrit

Hi,

  So I finally found out how to use github to share code with
coworker. I was then ready to publish the final work on to gerrit,
except that now I get:

 $ git push gerrit HEAD:refs/for/master/integration-gdcm-2-0-16

'mmroden' is Mark Roden, he helped me in producing the patch. How do I
work around this and still push the changes ?
