I cannot push my changes to the ITK git repository because of:

commit 0f120090 creates blob de76f8d3 at path
  Utilities/gdcm/Source/InformationObjectDefinition/Part3.xml
with size 2276 KB, greater than the maximum 1024 KB
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Could you please apply your recent change to .xml file extension. I
would like to keep .xml file extension.
