Hi,

  I am trying to push GDCM to ITK master. However the push fails with:

Total 845 (delta 295), reused 0 (delta 0)

commit b6b11b72 creates blob b5133c32 at path
  Utilities/gdcm/Source/DataDictionary/gdcmDefaultDicts.cxx
with size 1435 KB, greater than the maximum 1024 KB

error: hook declined to update refs/heads/master

  Would it be possible to change the maximum to be a little more
tolerant (eg.  2028 KB) ?
