[Insight-developers] Problem with git hooks

So it seems that the instructions given:

Please initialize your local Git hooks.
Paste the following commands into a shell:

 cd "c:/lorensen/ProjectsGIT/ITK/.git/hooks"
 git init
 git pull .. remotes/origin/hooks
 cd ../..
