[Insight-developers] ITKv4: openjpeg-v2 update: GDCM

Hi Mathieu,

OpenJpeg has now been updated in the Utilities/openjpeg
directory in ITKv4.

As you suggested, we have disabled (temporarily) the use
of jpeg2000 in Utilities/gdcm.

The terrain is now ready for you to do the update to GDCM 2.0.
