[Insight-developers] Wrapping TConf #2

dear all,

lot of discussions have been going on between gaethan and brad on the
background as decided during the first wrapping tconf on july 19th
(http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK_Release_4/Wrapping)
We feel it would be a good time to have a second one.

Please let us know if you would like to join the tconf; and if friday,
10am EST would be agreeable to you.

We do not have any other solution than skype for the tconf, so if
someone could volulnteer a tconf infrastructure, it would be greatly
appreciated.
