[Insight-developers] No failing e-mails from dashboard

Hans,

Thanks for pointing this out. The issue is that the repository username 
is the old CVS login and CDash uses this name to match the commits (and 
send emails). I'm going to run a script to change the CVS usernames to 
the registered email address. It should be done soon.
