[Insight-developers] itkTestMain.h does not allow to compare DTIs

Hi,

itkTestMain.h only works with scalar images. I added the possibility
to compare DTIs and wrote a filter called
itk::DifferenceDiffusionTensor3DImageFilter to do so. The FA of the
DTIs is saved as a png image to show the differences between the
baseline and test images.
