[Insight-developers] More RAM yields Test Failures

I added memory to gargon yesterday bringing the total from 4 to 8
Gigabytes (8*10^9).

I set ITK_COMPUTER_MEMORY_SIZE:STRING=8.

Today I see that some tests are failing :

All of the tests whine about not being able to allocate memory.

All of these tests require some value of ITK_COMPUTER_MEMORY_SIZE
between 4 and 8 Gigabytes.
