Hi Mathieu,

Thanks for pointing this out.

The link to Doxygen was updated early this morning.
It now points to ITK 3.16.

This is no longer being generated by a cron job.
For some reason, the Doxygen build now takes 14 hours.
so we do it on occasion.

We are now tracking point (2) of your email....
