Hi Hans,


The CMakeLists.txt file in Utilities/nifti is
currently requiring CMake 2.6.

This makes ITK configuration fail in builds that use CMake 2.4:

Does nifti really require any functionalities that are
provided by CMake 2.6 and not CMake 2.4.6 ?

Does anybody has objections to move ITK forward and
require CMake 2.6, instead of the current (official)
requirement of CMake 2.4  ?



Since we just re-open the repository, this may be
a good moment for upgrading requirements.
