[Insight-developers] ITK 3.16 Almost there... CVS Repository is Open

The CVS repository has been tagged and branched,

the tarballs have been generated and posted at
Sourceforge and public.kitware.com.

We are only missing to update the web pages of
www.itk.org and then we will be able to announce
the release.
