[Insight-developers] Tests failing in the Dashboard

Who's running these machines at megason-lab.hms?

It appears that if there is a compile error it aborts the rest of the  
compilation (no "-k" make option?). The CMake script file is not  
attached either so we can not look at the configuration to know for  
sure. This is why it gives the appearance that I broke all of ITK with  
in fact it was just itkCommonTests2.

Sorry for my careless commit this afternoon!

It also appears that the 4 "fast" continuous build all have REMOVE  
LEGACY defines. I will undefined it on mini3 tomorrow so that we have  
some variety.
