[Insight-developers] Tests failing in the Dashboard

Just fix itkMathRoundTest.cxx. It has included both itkMath and  
indirectly itkMacro. They are not compatible yet due to repeat  
definitions and Legacy remove macros.

Your proposed solution sounds like it would make everything fail!

Currently things should build if LEGACY_REMOVE is defined.
