[Insight-developers] do you prefer to delay any commits?

Hi Wes,

I'm in today, and plan to keep working on failing tests, some of which fail
because of differences in regression data, which could be corrected today.
That said, if you prefer that I hold off until after the release, we can
proceed this way. I'm currently compiling newly checked out code as a
baseline.

I would do ctest Experimental with flags off and on prior to any commit.

Please advise.
