[Insight-developers] using gccxml with ccache

Hi Brad,

I've patched gccxml to be able to use it with ccache. The patch is  
attached.
Do you think it is acceptable?

Here is a example of execution time with and without ccache:

gccxml:            2.532s
ccache 1st run:    3.012s
ccache next run:   0.436s

Obviously using ccache would decrease a lot the time required to test  
wrapitk, and would make the development a lot easier.
ccache gives similar results with gcc and swig. We can hope a very  
impressive speedup in rebuild.
