[Insight-developers] New Statistics and VS6

Bill,

Thanks for the pointer.

I'll enable the boolean on dash13, vs6 and it we'll know tomorrow if its OK
on VS6. There are no VS6 specific hindrances in the new Statistics code, so
I guess it would ICE's at best or something that we can easily work around.
