[Insight-developers] Failing Test on cygwin

Here is what I found in dash14.kitware:


1) The file itkImageFileWriterStreamingPastingCompressingTest1.vtk
    was not produced in the Testing/Temporary directory.

2) When running the test manually,
    It produces the same messages that are posted in the Dashboard.
    In particular:

    Combination: 0 0 0
    NumberOfPixelsWithDifference: 66801


3) I can experiment with removing the file deletion in the test,
    but will have to wait until the MinGW build finishes, since
    it shares the same source tree with the Cygwin build...
